Cornbread Recipe

Maybe one day I'll have a beer recipe worth posting. But until then, he's another food recipe, Per request.
Cornbread recipe (from March 17th Chili competition)

2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 (15 oz each) cans cream style corn
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chili peppers
1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
2 cups flour
2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
preheat over to 300 degrees F. Lightly grease 9X13 baking dish (make sure to use a deeper dish) beat together butter and sugar. beat eggs in one at a time. Blend in cream corn, chilies, and cheeses in a separate bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture to corn mixture; stir until smooth. pour into prepared pan.
bake in preheated over for 1 hour, or until tooth pick comes out clean (in my oven at 300, it takes about 1 hour 20 minutes)
