I'm planning on brewing all grain batches all day Monday if anyone wanted to stop by and hang out.
I will be brewing:

Agave/Lime Wheat
Wild berry honey Wheat
Honey Wheat
IPA Wit
Regular Wit

Wow bud, I just notice that those are all wheat beers, that is a butt load of wheat my friend. Though I do like the diversity you got going there. Since I got all of this roasted barley and chocolate malts looks like I'll have to do a day of stouts when I get my fermenters emptied. Thinking about a coffee mocha stout, chocolate stout, chocolate cherry stout, and I might invest in a new fermenter and brew 15 to 20 gallons of our RIS.
