NB-Bell's Cease and Desist order

did anyone else catch that Bell's served a cease and desist order with Northern Brewer last week. Basically the only thing that happened was NB has changed their 3-hearted ale kit to "Dead Ringer" IPA. NB took the high road here and was receptive to Bell's. The recipe hasn't changed, just the name. Personally I think Bell's was a little heavy-handed here, but can kinda understand their position. Anyway, not trying to start an argument about who's right. I'm really only posting this here in case someone uses that kit and goes looking for it in the future.
