Brewing Saturday 10 to 15 gallons

I'll be brewing 10 to 15 gallons (2 to 3 batches) of hefenweisen tomorrow, waking up around 8ish, brewing around 9-10ish if anyone wanted to see/learn how easy it is to do all grain. call/text me at 310-2239 if you want to help out.

I'm using up the last few pounds from 2 50 pound sacks of 2 row and white wheat.

what grains are you using for your dunklewiess? I might make one of those today if I have the right grain.

It's right out of Brewing Classic Styles. 4# pils, 6# munich, 14# wheat, 3/4# C40, 3/4# special b, and 1/4# carfa 2. 2oz halletrua and 3068 yeast.

I researched a few dunkle recipes and I think I'm going to add 1/4# chocolate and 3/4# C-40 to my hefewiesen recipe to make it a dunklewiesen.
Looks like I'm going to brew 4 batches today, 2 hefewiesen and 2 dunkleweisen.
