Good Morning, Hy-Vee Shoppers!

Word is out….it’s American Craft Beer Week! Over the past decade craft, import, and specialty beers have stormed the market, showing explosive growth and popularity that stands to someday rival standard domestic American lagers. To bring more even recognition and convert new fans, American Craft Beer Week was born! To help the cause, we have arranged for a great showing of craft beer portfolios this Friday, 5-20-11 from 4:30-6:30pm. Join us along with Chad from Fleck Sales to sample craft and specialty beers including limited release brews from old favorites, as well as up and coming players in the industry such as Lucky Bucket, Emperian, Peacetree Brewing, and more! There will be something for everyone, from the experienced beer aficionado, to the everyday Joe that just wants to branch out and try new things. I missed the meeting last night too. I am going to try to pop out to this tasting for a little while at 4:30.
