regulator gauge

Post by jjbuck »

Are these repairable or is it less hassle and expense to simply purchase a new one. If repairable, can parts be got locally? (Hawkeye fire?)

They are repairable and should save you significant dollars. They have about anything you need at Rapids Wholesale.

The regulator, or the gauge? The gauges can be purchased at hawkeye, I just bought some a few weeks ago. Regulator repair kits are available to repair the actual regulator.

Make sure you check the threads. Some of the gauges are left hand.

Gauges are about $5-6 at Rapids. I don't think they are repairable. Take the old one in and they can help.

On a side note, I have a few gauge cages I'll sell for $5. They look like this.
