Cedar Brewing Closure/Buyout?

I was driving down B.F.Road and noticed that the Cedar Brewing Company was now called Third Base. Anyone know the details of what happened?

So many people complained about the beer they shut it down and are putting in bud/miller/coors....

ha ha.....just kidding

Sold to the owners of 3rd base, etc. Equipment upgrades, a good cleaning, and new performance metrics for the staff have really made some positive changes. Right now the Black Cobra is tasting freakin' AWESOME and the food is scary fast. Travis is still Da MAN!
