Spruce Ale

I just tapped the Spruce Ale recipe that i got from a replicator article on the Fort George Spruce Tip Ale.
Basically:
3# pils mini mash/steep
6# pilsen lme
5oz Spruce tips 60min
5oz Spruce tips 30min
3oz Spruce tips 5min
(from memory)

Anyway...it is very unique and very good. Very very good.
