Short Bus Bitter (ESB)

I'm going to foray into all-grain this weekend for the first time. I converted a 10 gal Rubbermaid cooler for my MLT and the GF bought me a 8 gallon boil kettle with ball valve and thermometer.

I have a recipe set up at Brewmasters Warehouse called the above "Short Bus Bitter". I figure if I screw it up like I expect to then the name will be truly earned.

My recipe is below if anyone is interested. Based on 75% efficiency (hopefully) and a 5.5 gal batch.

Crisp Maris Otter 10 lbs
Crisp Crystal Malt 60L 12 oz
Crisp Black Malt 2 oz

1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.50 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 30.4 IBU

0.25 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (20 min) Hops 2.0 IBU
0.25 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.50 %] (20 min) Hops 2.8 IBU

0.25 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (0 min) Hops -
0.25 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.50 %] (0 min) Hops -

Glad to say with some bottle conditioning this turned out very well.
