Hello Beernuts,
This is Quinton McClain. I was a member a few years ago, for a brief spell, before moving out to Fort Collins, CO to take on a brewing position at the Fort Collins Brewery.
I have just moved back to CR and wanted to get re-involved in the club.
Just wanted to say hello and that I am looking forward to participating in beer meetings, beer drinking, and other festivities.
Until then...Happy Brewing

Hey Quinton, I believe we bumped into each other at a Benz tasting, but glad to see your interested again in the club. Your experience will be much appreciated and the club has really grown so I think you will find some helpful resources and friends as well.

Welcome! In case you're still finding your way around our site here's a few upcoming events that you may want to attend:
Our next Technical Meeting is 7 pm November 2nd at Jim Fuller's house. See the thread in the "Tech Meetings" thread for the address. This month we'll be tasting Octoberfest and Pumpkin beers.
Our next regular club meeting is 7 pm November 17th at the Longbranch. We usually meet downstairs near the hotel reception, but somtimes they put us on the upper level. You can check with the hotel desk (further back in the lot from the restaraunt) for directions. The Longbranch usually has all you can eat wings on Thursday nights so there's always a group of us that show up between 6-6:30 to partake.

Jesus must have been a yeast. Who else could turn water into wine?

It was good to see you at Short's after the John Hall lecture. Look forward to seeing you at a meeting, or club event. It never hurts to have another pro in the club.

Welcome back to town Quinton. Looking forward to talking with you again about your Colorado experience and what's next. I think the club has changed a lot since you were last with us. We have added monthly focused Tech sessions and many other events in addition to the regular monthly meeting/social. I would say overall beer quality in the club has also improved as we have helped each other become better brewers.

Let me, toss in my 2cents, too. Welcome back. Good to run into you @ 3rd Base. Thanks for sharing the tasty FCB beers.
If there is anything that the Club can do to help out, just let us know.
