Cedar Rapids Brewing Society

Here's the recipe I use.

1 gallon Apple Cider

1 gallon Apple Juice

3 cups sugar

8 cinnamon sticks

1 package allspice for cider

1 .750 liter bottle Everclear

Boil everything except the Everclear

Cool completely and add the Everclear

I have thought of trying a little vanilla. If you try it let me know how it is.
