Given the fact that I'll be getting off a plane that afternoon, I won't really have a lot of time to whip up anything tricky. Will likely just default to a salami and cheese platter, with crackers.

I'm thinking of making either chicken wings or drumsticks with a BBQ sauce.

I will bring 50-75 empanadas/pasties/meat pies as long as I can get some oven space to heat them up.

I'm thinking I will be bringing some type of dip. Unless I get a wild hair. Or I get a beer early and will have fresh cooked beer.

My wife and I will be there. We will be bringing an appetizer that involves cheese and bacon.

Floating ideas with my wife today and depending on if ingredients are available we are leaning towards shrimp bisque and some sushi.

Your wife's sushi makes me want to steal her from you and maker her my own.
