Also, (I'm asking a lot lately, I know) Does anyone have a beer gun they would let me borrow for a few days to bottle up some contest beers? Thanks

Bad people drink bad beer. You don't usually see an empty bottle of Rochefort tossed onto the side of the road

Kent.. judges and steward are pretty careful not to rouse the yeast if you just want to add a touch of sugar at bottling. Ive placed and judged many entries with yeast at the bottom.

actually, it's because I've already kegged and oak aged the beer. I want to make sure I purge the bottle with CO2 before bottling.

Randy, If you could bring yours to the meeting this week, that would be great. I'll probably see you again sooner than anyone else. Thanks
