Just tapped our first attempt at a Pilsner. I think its pretty tasty. Let me know what you think. I've gotten some good feed back so far that I think we'll use to tweak her a little. All ideas welcome. I hope to get to brew this one a lot more often. We call it Czech Your Head.

I'll bet there around 12:15 to try it and the new flanders red.

I got a pre-release sample. That's a damned yummy beer. Wish it had been on when I was there Friday, but I got the first Flanders red (well - the first one that was paid for).

I was very impressed with the Pilsner. Go have a glass while you wait for your flander's red to warm up a bit.

The pilsner is going to become even more in demand as weather heats up. Very drinkable, thirst quenching. Winner LT.
