Just tapped a new seasonal. It's a double american red ale sort of thing. 7% somewhere around 60-ish IBUs. We used warrior, falconers flight 7Cs, and Zythos hops. Its a pretty unique hop profile, we think.

Oh.. we call it.... Jedi Braid. Why? No idea. Cause everyone wants a Jedi Braid?

Had a sample yesterday.  It's quite tasty!
