Club Comp: Classic American Pilsner

Entries for the next club competition, Classic American Pilsner (2C), will be due at the April club meeting. Entries will be judged in May.
Just a reminder that entries for the CAP club comp are due at the April meeting (4/19). If you want to enter but won't be able to make it to the meeting you'll need to make arrangements to get your beer to me.
We'll likely try to judge these at the May Tech meeting, tentatively May 2nd. We'll need volunteers to host as well as to help judge. If you have brewed a Classic American Pilsner and would like to enter, we'll need two 12 oz or one bomber. Bottles should not have labels or other identifying marks. Just take a piece of paper with your name on it and attach one to each bottle with a rubber band.
