Our next Tech Meeting will be Wednesday, April 4th, starting at 7:30pm. Our host is Tom T (TappedOut). I'll let him post his address and directions.

We're going to start a new thing with this tech meeting. If you would like feedback on a beer you've brewed you can bring it and we'll do our best to give you constructive input. We're going to do this with upcoming tech meetings to see how it goes. The feedback portion will start at 7:30 and we'll start the topic at 8pm.

This month I'll be going over some basic information on reading water reports and working with building mineral profiles for your brewing water. We'll also talk about mash pH along with this. I'll cover some reasons why you might want to adjust your water and tools you can use to do that.

As posted before, it's 528 Forest Dr SE. There will probably be enough parking room in my driveway, but if not, there is no on-street parking on Forest. If my driveway is full, or you fear getting blocked in, you can park on the cross steet - Hillcrest. The first half-block or so is an un-enforced no-parking zone, or if you want to be safe- head up half a block or so.

I'll try to remember to put up a sign on my front door, but come in the side. The usual rules - don't bother knocking - come in and head downstairs.

Randy - is this still a bring your laptop kind of a meeting? I should be able to hook your laptop up to the TV if looks better.

See you WEDNESDAY APRIL 4 2012 at 7:30 PM.

I'm planning on coming. Looking forward to the water portion of it. I got an APA that I'm really interested in feedback on.

Also, if anyone is interested, I will have some Cascade rhizomes. I moved my bine because they were taking over my raspberries. These are from the Matt F. lineage. If you want some and I fail to offer them, it will be because I forgot, so don't be polite. They're sitting in a bag in my root cellar.

Give them direct sun and enough water and they grow like kudzu.

I will be there along with a friend of mine that brews. I would like some of those Cascade rhizomes plantings.

Wife tells me we already have plans so I won't be able to make it.
