Cedar Rapids Brewing Society

Organizers of the North Liberty Blues and BBQ are looking for volunteers to pour beer at this year's event. The event is Saturday, May 26th from 11am to 11pm. They need volunteers to work 4 hour overlapping shifts pouring beer from 7 local craft breweries. Two servers per brewery is what they need.

Of course it's also a fun event to attend even if you don't want to volunteer.

Hey all, I just got a call from Katie, the coordinator we're working with for this event. She's very excited to have us, and is looking for as many volunteers as we can come up with. We would be working in teams of 2 in 3 hour shifts with local breweries. The shifts she's having the hardest time filling is the earlier shifts. 11-2 and 2-4, or something like that.

I'm going to make it official right now, I'm volunteering for a shift.
