Beer tubing

Post by quinton »

What brand of beverage tube do you use if you keg?

I bought Foxx Superflex without thinking and only after remembered that I have used it in the past and don't like it. There seems to be a plastic flavor on lighter beer that sits on it for a few minutes.

I have always used Kuriyama Bevlex when setting up draft lines before and always had good, clean delicious beer. I will probably change everything out. Bummer dude.

What say you, homebrewers?

I've used Kuriyama Bevlex in the past with good luck.  I just purchased a roll of Accuflex Bev-Seal Ultra (http://www.farmhousebrewingsupply.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=300).  I'll let you know in a few weeks how it works.

I use whatever keg connection sells as I found they had the best pricing. No off flavors that I can detect from it.
