Green Flash is in Iowa

I didn't realize they were here, but I was at El Bait Shop this past weekend and had the always delicious West Coast IPA on tap. They had a handful of other beers from them too. I talked with the bartender about it, he said they've had it for a month or so. Said that its a sustainable market for them, so they are planning to keep distributing here. I haven't seen it in CR, so maybe DSM was a test bed. Who knows, either way I'm looking forward to more of that deliciousness without having to drive to Illinois to get it...

Beer Crazy had a post about carrying GF a month ago, so I ping'd Benz. They said the CR distributors aren't carrying it yet, but they've been begging for it.

Where are you finding Green Flash in Des Moines? Is it all over or only at places like Beer Crazy. My sister comes back often from Des Moines and she may need to start bringing me Green Flash.

I saw it at BC, but that's the only place I went to. I can't remember if he said they had 3 varieties on hand but were expecting to have it bumped to 6, or if they started with 6 and its settled down to 3. Either way, he and the Bait Shop bartender said they expect it to stay.
