Here's the pre-flight checklist, if you think of anything not on the list please let us know. If you have any of these items that have a ? next to let us know you're covering it.

We're planning on arriving to set up at 11:30am. There's a lot to get done so if you are bringing an essential item please be on time.

If you want to come hang out but aren't bringing any equipment or beer to serve, please remember to buy a ticket for the event.

I've got a spare 5# cylinder i can bring. Do we have a regulator for the bar?

Can someone take some pictures of the event, please? I've been doing some work on the new site and it would be cool to have a photo gallery.

I have the white board, and stand. I will bring a partial 20lb tank of CO2. And I will bring the sign up sheet. I have all the t-shirts as well. If anyone wants a patch before saturday, get a hold of me. I have them.

Will do.  If I get my courage up, I'll even bring my good camera.

I can also take some picture with me camera, but I will not be there for the entire event. If we need a cooler for the cold plates I have on that I could give to the club that I think 2 cold plates will fit in.

I have the Club business cards and will bring them. I also have the signup sheet from Big Brew Day, which I can just add another sheet to so they are all together.

Reminder - Bring Folding Chairs unless you want to stand up all day.

I plan on being there about 10:00 to help Matt. I'll have the cold plate and my parts bag. Anything else we need?

I'll bring a keg of BLC.  Not too tasty, but useful nonetheless.
