On another news item, Old Capital Brew Works is up for sale. It is being offered for sale, including four apartment units, but without the brewery equipment. Either they have already found a buyer for the brewing equipment or it may be for sale separately. If anyone wants more info on it let me know and I'll try to find the e-mail I got about it and send it to you.

Where did you hear that from? I can't say that I am surprised. The last few times I was there the beer wasn't very good.
