Austrian Trappist abbey, they make cheese, liquors, mead and other honey products. Pics of their new brewery are at the below link.

The right to use the “Authentic Trappist Product” label on this beer can only be granted later for a thorough assessment by the International Trappist Association (ITA), lasting several months, must precede this authorization.
