Sorry I missed the last meeting. Do we have a list going of who is going, how many tickets do we get, who gets them, who is bringing what for beer? I plan to go but haven't made the last two meetings in time so I am out of the loop right now. I have beer I can bring too.

We get 4 passes again this year.

We could do it like last year and figure how who's bringing beer and figure out a "per person" cost, with credits for the 4 freebies.

I am going to attend. Whatever works is fine with me for distribution of the tickets. I just want to figure out if I should buy one. I will donate a half keg or two if we need them. I have my Furious clone, Belgian Dubbel, and could do a half keg of my smoked porter. Let me know if you have a preference of what I should bring, otherwise I will choose according to what the rest of you are bringing.

Splitting ticket costs worked well last year. We only get 4 free tickets this year. I was planning to take 1/2 keg of smoked Scottish 80, called Smokin-8er.

I've got a watermelon wheat that is very watermelon-e.   Think it would fit?  Also could give up a lemon coriander wheat and possibly a German hefe.  Thoughts?  On Aug 21, 2012 3:37 PM, "JimPotts" <brew-events@crbeernuts.org (brew-events@crbeernuts.org)> wrote:

I was at Millstream today and bought a ticket. They have plenty left. If we get a list of how many we need I can get them. I'll pay my own way.

I am bringing a couple gallons of beer, but I'm going the Traveling Wiburys route.

Let me know what we need for tickets and I'll get them.

I think the watermelon would go over great with the crowd.

Starting a list to keep a running tab of what we have listed to bring and who is going.

brownbeard - 2.5G Hefe
Matt F - 2.5G Up In Smoke Imperial Smoked Porter (if people like it, let them know they can try a bourbon barrel aged version at our festival on October 13th)
carrisr - 2.5G Smokin-8er Smoked Scottish 80
kjball - 2.5G Wit
CMLarrison - 2.5G Cherry Wheat
Jim Potts 2.5G Golden Strong (if needed)
prieff 2.5G Watermelon Wheat, or Lemon Coriander Wheat, or Hefe
tompb - 2G unknown beer

As I recall we plan to bring 25 gallons of beer so 10 half full kegs is best. If it isn't half full we can drain it down and take it off tap at anytime. Since most of you already have or plan to get tickets, I will just settle with everyone while we are there. Guess I better bring ones. We have room for a couple more half kegs with 8 on the list so far.
