Randy and I are thinking about a road trip next week to HawgEyes BBQ in Ankeny, with a lunch trip over at El Bait Shoppe.

HawgEyes is the go-to spot in Iowa for BBQ supplies - charcoal, smoking wood, sauces and dry rubs. http://www.hawgeyesbbq.com

I'm going to confirm whether they are open on either the 4th or the 5th. Just giving a heads up if other folks are interested in going and if you can't is there something we could bring back for yah.
