Do any of you guys have a recommendation for local BBQ catering?
I'm putting on a BBQ + Beer end of year party for some of my colleagues at work and would like to offer something a little better than BBQ This.
Local BBQ Catering
I am a big fan of BBQ This! Great sides and a really good brisket.
Zins caters, too. They did an excellent job for our groom's dinner. I know they do pulled pork, but don't know about ribs/brisket, etc.
There's also these guys (never had their Q) - http://www.smokinbonz57.com/index.html
