I discovered tonight that if you have a fridge with a freezer on top, you can pretty easily remove the shelf & foam between the fridge and freezer compartments. If you're not using the freezer for anything and are running the fridge with a temp controller, this allows you to add 50% more fermenter space with no real downside.

I knew you can do that, but I never really thought about it. It should run more efficient as well. Good call, Lee.
