Also known as the Baconator (Tony B brings this to Big Brew Day every year), or a Fatty... You get enough calories for a few days out of each serving!

My wife makes these and they are amazing. I might try and convice her to make one so i can take it with me to Dr. Lee's place.

This is the recipe that I use. I have varied the sausage and rubs, but the basic is pretty damned good.
