A few people seemed to like this beer last night and at the Brew-B-Q, so here's the recipe. I don't think the Sorachi Ace hops are necessary, since they can be hard to find. The multi-step mash can probably also be replaced by a single infusion mash in the 150s for 60 mins. Also, it doesn't say this, but I started with RO water.
