Benz Saturday May 10th Does the club want to host table
Benz Beerfest on Saturday May 10th. Does the club want to host table at this event? If so we need to decide who is planning on manning the table, who can setup, who is bringing beer? What are we going to tell people about the club? Do we want to have a sign up sheet? Did we want to have a flyer like we have at the beerfest at Millstream? I know everyone is busy, I for one will probably not be able to be there the whole time due to kid stuff.
