Thousands of bottles of wine, cars, furniture even a kitchen sink are all up for auction today, as a liquidator sells off the assets of Russell Wasendorf, Sr. and Peregrine Financial Group (PFG). Mr. Wasendorf admitted to stealing more than $200 million from investors in his company and PFG itself filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on July 10. The money raised from the auction will go towards paying off creditors.
