Ah yes, a time for giving and a time for receiving. Ever since I got in to this fantastic hobby, my Christmas is filled with new berwing gadgets. What did you folks haul in this year?

I was fortunate to receive three 2.5 gallon kegs and all the parts I need to bring the rest of my keg fleet up to speed. I had two five gallon cornies with no lids and broken beverage out tubes and two with just a broken beverage out tube. Now I will have nine healthy five gallon kegs and three of the 2.5 gallon kegs. Also will be able to upgrade my HLT with a new 5,500 watt stainless heating element. Santa also gave a few nice beers this year. Funny, I didn't think I was that good this year.

Very nice! I just got $50 to BIY. I guess my Amazon beer book wishlist was a little too esoteric for Santa.

OTOH Sara is getting my piano fixed up and tuned for my christmas gift. I can't really complain.

Santa brought me a Blichmann floor standing burner, "For The Love of Hops" (new Stan Hieronymus book), and an exhaust fan for a vent hood (like the one from The Electric Brewery).

The only brewing related items that Santa brought was a $50 gift certificate from BIY, some beer glasses, and an IPA kit from Midwest.
Probably more than I deserved.
I also have a brand new kegerator in my garage, but Santa was just storing it for my neighbor so I probably can't keep it... On Dec 26, 2012 9:44 AM, "DrPaulsen" <brew-members@crbeernuts.org (brew-members@crbeernuts.org)> wrote:

I got $20 from BIY. I will likely spend it on hops and yeast. I really need to do some brewing.

The one cool new gadget I got was this: http://www.williamsbrewing.com/WILLIAMS ... -P699.aspx I've been eyeing it for a while. I've found my oxygenation system (airstone on a tube) to be a pain as the tube never reaches the bottom of my fermenter is hard to clean. Oh, and a 6 of Westy.
