Craft Brewery Advertisement

I don't know how many read The Beer Connoisseur, but I came across an ad from the city of Countryside, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. Apparently, they are actively recruiting for a micro-brewery or a brew pub.
It's a municipally controlled commercial property (whatever the hell that means) located near I-55, I-294 and Route 66 runs nearby.
