I have to go with White labs on this one. It seems like a frivolous suit.

You gotta figure a big company like AB is not going to risk getting caught with their pants down like that. It's too easy to check on it.

It's also a well known fact that they start with a 2-3 times strength brew and water it down to the target ABV. Much more efficient way to brew. That's most likely what the "past employees" either stated or misunderstood. Someone took that and ran with this suit.

I'm not a fan of AB, but I can't stand how frivolous lawsuits have run so rampant in recent years. It makes running a legitimate business a scary proposition.

i agree, there are way to many people out there looking for easy money for nothing.
