Attached is the program listing of the beers, with some of my notes. Had a serious buzz going after all the high gravs! 
They did a very nice job for an inaugural event. Combination of indoor/outdoor venue. Beautiful day (unlike the one I came home to here!
) They also had live music (3 different bands) and a food vendor. There was an artist there taking peoples photos and then picking out people from them to paint a picture of the "crowd" at the event. They also had one of those photo booths, which was free, and below the last photo of each strip was the Community Taps logo. Pretty good advertising and folks got to bring home funny snapshots.
There were only a couple of minor issues during the day. They underestimated the bathrooms (used the venues permanent ones w/o extra porto-potties), so after about an hour, there was a constant line at both men's rooms. Funny, the ladies never had a line and there were a lot of women at this event. Guys were seen going in the woods out back! They had pre-packaged gallon jugs of water for rinse stations at just about every table, but they ran out with about an hour to go. They improvised and used some plastic pitchers and tap water.
