I really like Consecrator from Bell's.  Some years it's a little buttery, but otherwise I think it's pretty fantastic.

Double Vision from Great Divide, Eternal Flame from Capital, Specher's Oak Aged, Trogdor the Burninator from Avery just to name a few.

Now try to find a god balanced IPA! That's hard.
