May Minutes:
Old Business:
Big Brew Day recap-
We have updated the AHA site to show 20 participants this year with approximately 20 gallons brewed.
Benz Beer Fest recap-
Good job all. 100+ gallons were poured. We had a line 20-30 deep for 3 or more hours.
Facebook issue-
Facebook access has been removed pending an alternate public name to be used. This is to avoid infringement on certain intellectual property.
New business:
St. Ludmila's Kolach fest-
This is Set for June 7th. Setup is to be outside at last note. This is a limited pouring. 200 glasses have been alloted.
NewBo BBQ and Beer competition:
This is set for outdoors at NewBo City Market on Saturday July 20th. It will be similar in nature to Brewtality for the beer competition. No info yet for the BBQ competition. This is not yet on the NewBo site as an event.
CR Beer Nuts Fest:
Non-profit status will be maintained via "limited membership" sales via ticket for our festival.
The cabinet will review an amendment to by-laws or constitution as applicable and will present any changes as a vote to the club at the June meeting
New forum software:
Implemenation is forthcoming and will cause us to lose the e-mail reply interface, but will add Tapatalk functionality.
Put out request for Fest committee:
A forum post has been created for this.
Grain order update:
Pickup is scheduled for 5-18 at Backpocket. Additional funds are due to Steven based on the invoice.
