Do we have anyone making soda? I plan to make a grape soda, and get it force carbonated. Not sure what anyone else had planned.

I've got a Jamaican ginger ale carbonating.

If you use a soda kit, how much sugar do you need to cut back if you force-carb instead of using yeast?

I am not sure. I have never cut back, figuring the amount of sugar used to carbonate is nothing, compared to sweetening sugar.

My grape soda recipe
2.5 gal Grape juice
2.5 gal water
4 C white sugar
Crazy amounts of CO2
Shake the piss out of it

Panther Juice is on the gas
