Wish I could be there. Unfortunately I will be stuck on my couch recovering from surgery. What kind of stout will you brew? I did an oatmeal stout last weekend. I tried a smack pack from Quinton but it didn't take. I think the flood finished them. I did use some dry yeast from Quinton and it worked great. I had never used dry yeast before. It took off and finished in a couple days. I need to check the gravity tonight to see if it did the job. Are you still doing your Celebration clone for your pale ale? Thanks again for the movies Dave!
