As a reminder, I made ABTs at the August meeting at my place. An excellent snack IMHO. We've been playing with alternatives lately, like the faux crab and Old Bay with the cream cheese. Yummy.
Bootlegging some yummy beers from Scottsdale AZ. Went to a great tap house tonight. Will tell about it at the meeting, assuming I can remember - LOL! (Dessert beer was the Stone Imperial Stout on tap!! Take that you bitches!!!)

You must have been at Papago Brewing. Great place. Did you try any of their beers? What a great concept - you can buy beers at the bar to drink or you can pull bottled beers out of the cooler to either drink there or take home with you. If that's not where you were last night you need to go there tonight if you're still in Phoenix. I've been there several times while on business trips, as I assume you are. Look forward to the report on Thursday. Have fun.

Larry, is there a city in the US with a brewpub that you DON"T know about?? Yes, you nailed it - I was at Papago. Went back last night. 4 more beers sacrificed themselves on my behalf!! Yes, I did try several of the house beers between the 2 visits. Very Nice. They have great names too - my favorite was "No Hoplo Ingles."
But alas, I must come home this afternoon, so no time for another visit before leaving.
See ya'll tomorrow night. Keep your fingers crossed that the airline don't break any of the bottles in my luggage.

The funny thing is Larry had to ask me what the name was. That is a great place. We have a similar issue. While I have been to hundreds of brewpubs/microbreweries, thankfully there are lots of places I have not been. I hope to knock off Brewery Ommegang, Albany Pump Station, Ithaca Brewing and more once I can walk again and re-book my trip across the state of New York. I hope your beers can make it from the plane to the meeting Thursday! Oh, and you too Tony!
