Wine Fridge Fermentation Chamber + Brew Bucket

Brew bucket has arrived and it fits in the wine fridge, inaugural brew saturday pretty stoked it fit, looks cool too.

fermented out, its cold crashing right now in my other fridge. I will see how it is to clean when I am done racking to a keg so far pretty happy. its fits the wine fridge, tight fit but fits.

So I realized I had not updated on this in awhile. The rocking port on the brew bucket is awesome. After crashing all the junk and gunk crashed into the conical bottom racking off was a breeze. Cleaning was a little more involved. Also what racking off I forgot it vent almost got some airlock juice in it

This really looks sweet! How did it maintain the temperature during fermentation? Any idea how low of a temperature it can maintain?

its thermo electric. so 20-25 degrees of ambient temperature, but during the winter months I was able to ferment at lager temps approx. 50 degrees. it does need an external temperature controller/monitor. I will have to see what I can do this summer. It also will hold a 6.5 gallon carboy. I am hoping it will be able to hold 67-68 dgrees for fermenting ales. I have a different thread I think I put a few picktures of what fit in it.
