Dubbel tomorrow

Due to my recent influx of grain, I am going to be brewing a dubbel tomorrow morning. Here's the recipe, whadaya think? My only concern is my hops. I did not expect I would need 2 oz. of bittering hops, but any less, and I fall in below style guidelines.

No. Good thing too. I slept too late, and wound up having to do it in the afternoon.

It's fermenting like a bastard right now, I have had to clean the airlock a few times. Oh. I added 1/2 lb or corn sugar to the boil as when I did the candi sugar. It didn't turn out quite as dark as I had expected.

So, I moved this to secondary last night. I was expecting something darker. It has a color (and flavor) more like a belgian pale ale. Apparently, Larry was right, and the dark candi sugar added no color to the beer.
