Old Business

• Club competitions

 2013 Brewer of the Year is Lee Paulsen
 John Buck was a close second.


• Dues and BYO order due today

 Dwolla is set up Treasurer@crbeernuts.org
 Lee has the address list for review today


• Tech Meeting

 Prior presentations have been placed in a forum sticky
 Wit Bier judging from January Turn-in is up next. We are doing this as a tech meeting for palate training.



New Business-

• NHC 6-12 to 6-14 – Mashing in Michigan

 We are now looking at a passenger van and trailer instead of a bus.
 Forum post has been created regarding NHC details. Please post if you are going in the forum
 Theme has been decided as “Copyright Infringement”
 New club banner for this event showcasing our theme
 Time to get brewing, or at least think about what your “best” beers are


• 2014 Grain order

 Again this year through Country Malt Group - Via BIY
 Forum Post in Members only section will be up in March
 Delivery should be in April.
 No upfront funds collection
 Prices will be available prior to the order.
 Payment will be made to the club via check, cash or Dwolla

 IBU Open is March 29 http://www.ibuopen.com/ entries start 2-22
 AHA Big Brew day is 5-3-14. Likely to be at Benz again this year. We will have a registered AHA event
 Recipes have been posted online as: American Pale Ale - Schwarzbier - Imperial Stout
 NewBo Brew and BBQ is 7-19. We want club entries.
 St. Ludmila's is the week prior to NHC. Club will reach out to contact the church.
