I am a new member and I am not familiar with Big Brew Day (but I think I can infer what is going on).

Can someone post a summary of what activities will occur on this day and how members can participate/volunteer?

You can show up and brew by bringing your mobile brewhouse or just show up and drink/eat/party, bringing your mobile mouth, hands and stomach. It's pretty straightforward. Brewing onsite is not a requirement for attendance. Actually lots of folks just show up to be there.

A time and location would be great. I assume there will there be power and water at the event to run pumps and chill?

I have decided not to brew next weekend. I plan to stop by and hang out though.

What time we starting? I think last year we started at 11am. I plan to get there early to set all my stuff up.

Can someone, anyone, that has the club hats bring one (or more) tomorrow so I can buy one?

I didn't know until this week that we even had hats! I guess I need to make it to more meetings...
