I'm in - good "pre-game warm-up" for NHC!

Just curious, did they contact us to pour? They were very interested last year when Tim and I talked to him.

I hope they make some big changes this year. I didn't think it was worth what they charged. They ran out of a lot of beers within a couple of hours. Not cool when you are paying a premium to get in. I saw a lot of people arrive mid afternoon and they paid full price and had maybe half the beers available, and those left were nothing special.

Fun day. Much better than last year. Left before the downpour, but stayed late enough for the Coffee Bourbon Co. Stout pour at 2pm.

Beer of the day - Deschutes Class of 88 (Collaboration w/Goose Island). Killer good Belgian Ale. Their Quad (Not the Stoic) was very good, too.

Jon, our old buddy, from Kalona was there. Good beers all around - had all 4 - Berliner Weiss, Hefe, PA, and DIPA. Locals represented well - Lions' Bridge, Big Grove, and 3rd Base all had good beers. Maple Coffee Stout from 3BB was excellent.
