Lion Bridge Tech Meeting

Post by DrPaulsen »

Quinton has graciously offered to host a Tech Meeting at his brewery in a couple of weeks. We will be taking a walking tour of his brewery and discussing the processes and equipment he uses to make such fantastic beer. This is a great opportunity and will offer a learning opportunity for all of us, regardless of how you homebrew.

Want to learn about all grain brewing? Done.
Want to learn about cold-side quality control? Done.
Want to learn about Pro Brewing equipment? Done.

When: 28-May-2014
Where: Lion Bridge Brewing
What: Tour of a Pro Brewery by the Brewmaster

I recommend showing up around 7:00 and drinking some beer beforehand to show some love to the brewery & properly calibrate yourself for the experience.

Awesome! I am missing tonight's meeting and have yet to stop into Lion Bridge. Been wanting to get a tour of a small brewery for quite some time now. Thanks

Unless Quinton objects, I don't think we'll get started with the technical part of the meeting around 7:30 - 8:00. If possible show up early and drink a beer.

Big THANKS to Quinton for hosting us last night and giving us a private tour of the brewery. Good turnout!
