I have had this partial mash Kölsch kit far too long, it is time to get it into the bucket so it is ready to drink this summer.
Just heating up the water while I'm sipping on a Cincinnati Pale Ale that finally has carbonated. I can't make the June meeting, so I will bring a few bottles to share at the July meeting.
Next up...a Cincinnati Cream Ale (yea, there is a theme here).
