Hello All,
It's time again to get geared up for the fall fest. Sept 27th is the date for this year and we have some awesome opportunities for this go around.
The planning committee will need to get put together in short order. Please post here if you are willing and able to join the planning committee. As the date draws nearer we will have meetings monthly and then bi-weekly. The club will need all members to pitch in with beer and day of setup and tear down.
Assigned tasks include coordinating items like:
Tents, food, music, tickets and signage, glassware, tables and chairs, security, porta-johns, club branded wear to sell, coordinating with other clubs, runners, water, ice, tap list, event layout, radio spots, and all other sorts of minutiae.
Last year's table for unaffiliated homebrewers was a hit and we are looking to expand the field this year. Overtures to the BN Army are in the works and we could possibly see representation from the Nordeast Brewers Alliance in St Paul, MN as well. Additional clubs have formed and contacted us since the last fest and we don't want anyone left out. Burlington MOB and the new club in Manchester come to mind.
As always let's make this a top notch event and show your enthusiasm loudly and often. I appreciate all your past efforts and look forward to seeing you come together and make this the best fest ever!
