Hello Gents,

This coming Wednesday 6/25 @6pm, Lion Bridge will be hosting a pairing of 5 of our beers with 5 local cheeses supplied to us by the ladies at the NewBo Cheese Company. These will be 4 oz pours of 5 beers, 5 cheeses to sample with nuts, etc to munch on in between, and then a half pint of any standard beer (not specialty) to wash it all down. Cost is $20

I will be there to answer any questions about the beers or why we chose to pair what with what and the owners of NewBo Cheese will be there as well.

We will be releasing our new Saison that day and will be one of the beers we will pair.

Pairings are listed below:

Ziva Voda (Czech Pils) &
Capriole Chèvre
- Award winning farmstead chevre with a lemony tang and underlying sweetness. Light and delicate with a smooth and rich texture.

Untitled Saison &
Holland's Family Cheese Marieke Gouda
- Firm and crystallized texture boasting complex notes of roasted nuts. ACS Best in Show winner 2014.

Ryed in the English Countryside (English IPA w/Rye) &
Milton Prairie Breeze
- Sweeter than your typical cheddar with lots of flavor, crumbly yet creamy with a little crunch from the calcium crystals developed during the aging. Multiple award winner made exclusively with milk from Amish farms.

Belgian Amber &
Shepherd's Way Big Woods Blue
- Award winning double cream blue cheese with a smooth, creamy flavor.

Workman's Compensation (Mild Ale) &
Brunkow Bruun-uusto Baked Cheese
- "Bread Cheese". The cheese is baked to form a tasty crust similar to toasted bread. Mild, buttery flavor.

Hope to see some of you there...

Cheers,
Quin

Sounds good. Will have to talk to the wife and see if she would like to go.
