Well. Half of the new shiny showed up, still waiting on the boil coil

Nice! What's the plan for the old system? Also why only 10 gallons?

. I am pretty stoked Eventually the old electric I will post for sale on here first. the 10 gallon because i really think the variety I like I am g p ing to do 3 to 5 gallon batches. Looking forward to the new controller I am going to build

Seriously keep me posted on the old set up. I've been considering going electric and have been looking at options for the future. I'm glad I can do 10 gallon batches but really like doing various 5 gallon brews.

I installed the boil coil and did a cold water test. I now neew to build a new controller. then test and brew. but that may be awhile. i just bought a new house and am in the process of selling the old one and getting ready to move to the new one. Also installed the hop blocker, that was a bit of a pain.
